Built on a hill, only a few miles from Chora, Mykonos capital, the estate is nestled over the famous Paradise beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, with crystal clear blue-azure waters and fine golden sands.

The villa has been designed to offer the very highest level of stylish and luxurious accommodation coupled with privacy and freedom as it is ideally secluded but at the same time in close proximity to many points of interest. Access to the estate is via a private road and entry to the premises is secured by a gated entrance with CCTV.

Planting of a wild variety of local flora in the extended gardens blends in with the local aura. You will enjoy the 120m2 pool with reverse swimming facility and the two levels of lounging areas (sunny and shady at the same time all day long), one by the pool next to the sun beds and a second one, one level down from the pool, featuring a center fireplace.

The large professional fully-equipped kitchen with pantry space, allows for plenty of room to prepare private events for up to 60 persons. It is adjacent to the outdoor covered dining area that can seat up to 16 persons. A bar compliments the dining area enjoying full sea views.

Sybelia may accommodate up to 14 guests plus 4 children in its 7 bedroom – suites boasting exquisite decor and Italian marble ensuite bathrooms. (1 King’s suite of €138 sq.m, 1 family suite of 70 sq.m, 2 master bedrooms of 35 sq.m each and 3 deluxe bedrooms of 32 sq.m each).

A fully equipped indoor and outdoor gym, a table tennis and a basketball or mini soccer court are available for guests full use, for entertainment and exercise of mind and body. The luxurious estate offers daily maid service, 24/7 concierge services and 24/7 gate access control (upon request).
