Mary Fraser

Mary's passion for North Idaho, real estate, and community engagement drives her success. With a decade of real estate industry experience, both as a residential appraiser and sales associate, Mary understands the real estate valuation process and the local market. In addition, she holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and has pursued advanced studies in architecture. She brings experience, her connection to the community, and professionalism to her clients.

Mary is an active member of the community, having worked with the Lake Pend Oreille Waterkeeper, North Idaho Native Plant Arboretum and the North Idaho High School Aerospace Program. Currently, she serves on the boards of both the Selkirk Association of Realtors and the Sandpoint Tennis Association, and enjoys membership in a variety of organizations, including the Community Assistance League and KRFY Community Radio.

This community integration, which is so important to Mary, led to a feature on the HGTV program “Lakefront Bargain Hunt.” Mary was the Realtor representing the home buyers in an episode filmed in and around Sandpoint that aired in late 2021.

Mary treasures the bonds she shares with her clientele, born of a mutual love of North Idaho and its communities. Outside of real estate, Mary enjoys her beloved dogs, playing tennis and pickleball, refurbishing vintage furniture, and exploring “off the beaten path” places, both near and far.
