A North Idaho native and avid outdoor enthusiast, Danica has traveled around the planet while keeping her roots right here in Coeur d’Alene. She has experience in small business, non-profit development, property management and community event planning. Her accolades in 2022, include acknowledgment as one of Kootenai County’s Top 30 Under 40.
In 2020, Danica began working as a Realtor. Within her first two years of real estate, she doubled her business and became an accredited Buyer’s Representative with the National Association of Realtors. Danica provides hometown expertise when working with Buyers and Sellers with both residential and commercial properties as well as business opportunities. Her business is a referral-based one, with more than 75% of her clients coming from delighted past customers. Danica describes her clientele as wonderfully diverse. She has sold homes of every type from startup homes for first time buyers, to high-end homes overlooking the lake, distressed properties, investments, and businesses.
