Jeff Bond is an Associate Broker of Tomlinson Sothebys International Realty with two locations now in North Idaho. After having worked in the area as an agent and a broker since 1990, Jeff built his business successfully by merging two brokerages and became the largest and most reputable office in Bonner County. Looking ahead to the future of Jeff's company and agents, he discovered the Sotheby's International Brand and how it would truly set him apart from competitors. He joined the Sotheby's International Realty franchise in 2007 and was added as one of their exclusive list of luxury agencies.With great success in the downtown Sandpoint area after becoming Tomlinson Sotheby's International Realty, Jeff looked, again, to expand his business into the Coeur d'Alene region. In August of 2010, he purchased the Tomlinson North Idaho International Realty branch and has nearly doubled its production in just two short years. Lending to the success of the Coeur d'Alene & Sandpoint merge, in April of 2012 Jeff expanded his opportunities yet again and opened an extraordinary downtown office location on Sherman Avenue in Coeur d'Alene. With two downtown office locations, Jeff shows great success in displaying and marketing properties to the public. This experience and his dedication to continuing education in Real Estate are what keep him on the cutting edge of today's real estate challenges. Jeff has a broker's license and has completed the Graduate Real Estate Program (GRI) and has successfully completed the Accredited Buyers Representation program (ABR). He has also completed the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) program & continues his education and designation training to trend with the market and topics of today.Jeff has a very diverse background in business, sales and promotions. With past jobs as Assistant Production Manager for Jackson Browne, General and Sales Manager of Blue Sky Broadcasting (the local radio stations KSPT AND KPND) and owner promoter of a regional production company as well as a sleigh ride business at Schweitzer Mountain Resort, Jeffs life experiences and contacts quickly put him on the top of North Idaho real estate sales.Outside of the office, Jeff is quite involved with area and community events, boards and committees in North Idaho. Some of the events he is involved with are: Festival of Sandpoint, Art on the Green, Art Walk, Waterfest, Winter Carnival, Car d'Lane and also contributes to numerous real estate functions, charity organizations and local non-profit groups throughout the year.
